Consent form piercing (switch)

completely of my own free will and with my (if any) common sense;
by not being under the influence of drugs / alcohol before and during the piercing (everything tastes better afterwards);
with the knowledge that there are risks when getting a piercing;
with the statement that I consider myself healthy (enough);
currently have no skin discoloration, swelling or other irritations;
since I have not undergone plastic surgery or radiotherapy (radiation) at the site of the piercing to be pierced;
since I don't use anticoagulants or other risk-increasing medication.

I am aware of the fact that pregnant women are advised not to have a piercing or tattoo due to increased susceptibility to infections.
